Hooper Avenue Elementary Earns the 2025 California PBIS Implementation Gold Award!
We are proud to announce that Hooper Avenue Elementary has been awarded the Gold designation for the 2025 California PBIS Implementation Award! This honor recognizes schools with strong, schoolwide systems that support positive student behavior and create safe, supportive learning environments.
Out of 766 schools across California to earn Gold, Hooper is one of only 54 in LAUSD—and one of just 2 schools in LAUSD Region East’s Historic Central Avenue Network. This achievement highlights the dedication of our staff and our commitment to ensuring all students thrive.
